While a great number of people love piano music for centuries as performers or listeners, relatively few efforts have been made to inspire young people toward piano ensemble music("PEM") such as piano duo, chamber music with piano duo, Concerti for Two Pianos and so on. PEM presents a wonderful opportunity for young pianists to grow healthy, mentally, physically and spiritually, to be trained for teamwork accomplishment, and to provide a deeply moving musical experience to enrich people's lives.

We capitalize on this great opportunity to develop the next generation of leaders to make an impact in building a better society through the excitement and influence with PEM.

Mission

Community Development

Developing a community to encourage young piano artists, their parents, teachers, accomplished performers and composers to meet and collaborate in order to advance the state of the art and community awareness on PEM.

Performances

Sponsoring young piano artists' piano duo concerts on a regular basis and developing a concert that involves a young piano duo with other young instrument player or a youth orchestra. Putting together a concert inviting world-class piano duo ensembles.

Education

Providing seminars, workshops and lesson opportunties by acclaimed performers.
Scholarships for international young piano duo exchange programs.

Library

Collecting and archiving music pieces on piano duo ensembles from around the
world for the public to have access to rich and wide variety of composions. The pieces include not only for piano duos or duets, but also for a duo or duet with a chamber or a orcheatra, and unusual pieces such as a duo and a percussionist and a duo and a singer as well.
